Andrew leads all sales and marketing activities for EAG. His responsibilities include: facilitating all procurement of new business, existing client retention, and modeling for all projects. Andrew is also an active Realtor that can assist with all listing and sales inquiries. He is a Rhode Island College graduate where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.
Jon E. Daskam
Project Manager/Sales and Marketing
Jon is responsible for all construction project design and supervision, he is the client liaison, and handles sales and marketing activities. Jon launched CoBALT Construction in 2001 along side Mr. Laquale with a goal of driving innovation, thought leading ideas and a integrated approach to construction. He attended Springfield College and majored in physical education and health fitness.
John is responsible for daily construction operations including budgeting, scheduling, contracts, purchasing, and supervising project management. John was a project manager for several large Boston construction firms. He is a graduate of University of Rhode Island where he earned a bachelor of science degree in civil and environmental engineering.
Amber has been practicing interior design for over a decade with focused experience in corporate, healthcare, residential and new construction projects. Daily work involves concept development, design planning, material selection and vendor management. Amber graduated from High Point University where she earned a bachelors of science in interior design.
Lola has been the office manager for EAG for the past 25 years. She handles all administration, scheduling and customer service. Lola is proficient in a number of appraisal software applications as well as AMC portals and delivery.
